the drop off location had minimal parking, it was flooded and there was no one on site to help. We parked the vehicle and dropped the keys in a key slot that was not marked with any U-haul signage.

Aage SThe trailer door had been left open in the snow. Snow had accumulated in the trailer. I had to chip ice from the deck in order to close and latch the door!! I had to remove snow from the trailer prior to loading our furniture!! I had to chip ice from the tie down eyes inside the trailer in order to use my ratchet straps. Terrible experience.
