It is self service (preference pickup). The key issue is the U-Haul App. It is not good at all using the iPhone. Clicking selection of options overlaps and leads to starting the process all over. The Truck was not clean on the inside. It is impossible to reach customer service. It took me more than 2 hours to finally pick up the truck. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes, before being transferred to another agent to assist and waited another 38 minutes before chatting with a live agent. The entire process delayed my travel time. Finally, when I dropped off the Truck, I was charged $2.22 for over mile, which I was not aware of. Drop Off was a better Live Experience

Gina FOnline I was given a price of a total of $387.00 The guy here charged me extra fees that even customer service was questioning. I was told there was 3/4 tank of gas. When I got into the truck there was only 1/4 tank. All around I’m disappointed in the sneakiness.
