The ease of making reservation and arriving at location was good. It was a bit confusing to which building was pick up site. But once we were in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also helped hook up car transporter, something our last UHAUL reservation site did not do Always use Uhaul and will continie to use.

William BIt was basically an open field. As long as you do not need help and ok dropping equipment off with no one confirming you did so other than the app its perfectly fine as I actually never seen anyone else which was fine by me.
