Kim at the drop off location is the BEST of the BEST...she was so friendly; so helpful; and, when the move was running longer than planned; Kim took care of everything without a moments hesitation...removing any stress she could from a jaded customer. I wouldn't consider using any other company. U-Haul is top-notch and will continue to get my busy for life. U-Haul employees like Kim are the reason why - outstanding customer service!!!

TRAVIS EThe ease of making reservation and arriving at location was good. It was a bit confusing to which building was pick up site. But once we were in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also helped hook up car transporter, something our last UHAUL reservation site did not do Always use Uhaul and will continie to use.
JOANNE CAll employees were super nice and very helpful. Especially liked the fact equipment was clean and ready to go when reserved. Drop off was as pleasant as picking up. Could not ask for a better experience. Thanks for making it such a great rental.
