We had to go up to Bellingham and get a truck because the truck we reserved was stolen and they credited me $225 but it cost me about 400 to go up there and get the damn truck so I’m not very happy about it and then they went and charged me $97 for fuel and my grounds person. Shawn took a picture of the fuel gauge before he left and when we returned it, we were 15 miles short of where it was when we took off, I’m very unhappy.
Virginia SI couldn't get my truck out, I couldn't get the keys from Uhaul. You guys messed up everything. I called ahead the day before and was told everything was ready. I visited the truck site and was told everything was ready. It wasn't ready until 3 hours after my pickup time. I spent 2 hours dealing with uhaul that day. Your company is total screwups. Every level.
