The uhaul itself had problems. The reservation was originally made to be picked up in Bellingham, not Alger we returned it a day early. I expected some type of refund.

The truck was clean. It handled very well. However, It had trouble shifting. on one occasion, the RPMs went up very high without shifting. I pulled over and stopped and then started again and it worked.
NATHANAEL VI was sad they didn't have the dolly I needed. But customer service at this location was amazing!!
