The only issue that caused a lot of confusion and wasted time for me, was that at the site, I was instructed to NOT take photos of pre-existing damage marked with a sticker when checking in. That became a big problem, because I struggled to upload my work. Later I called U-Haul about it and was transferred to several people. They basically told me not to worry, and yes, you don't have to, but you should always take pictures. So, mixed messages. I'd rather just take pictures of pre-existing damage. It would be nice to be told to do that ONSITE and by the app. For example, "please take pictures of pre-esixting damage that is known, and marked with a sticker".....
