When I arrived on this location, gates was closed and nobody answered the phone for the number provided on my paperwork for dropping off. Neighbor business at the place opened the gate so I could drop off the trailer anyways. Thankfully a man came out and checked the trailer in and was very polite and professional. He made the drop off very satisfactory once I got it un hooked. Just waiting for the deposit to be e-transfered as no cash on site. U-Haul needs to provide phone numbers for dropping off that actually has someone to answer the phones. I had to go 45 min out of my way and 3 1/2 hours from home to drop this trailer. Not impressed on that at all
