Jessica WShowed up at the time to pick up my trailer and the building was locked. I had to walk all around the building to find someone. Took way too long and had to wait for the guys wife to handle the transaction over the phone. Nice people but could have been a better experience.
William DThe 1st location that I was sent to wasn't open at 8 as the web site said. They have no uhaul trucks or anything uhaul. I was sent to the above location and received good service. This cost me about 3 hrs on loading the truck. All and all every thing went Ok. Equipment was great. Thanks
