I didn’t have a reservation, they had the right size truck available. They were located not to far from my home. They were very polite and they explained and demonstrated how to you use the equipment on the truck. I’m an elderly female in my late sixties, I appreciate them taking the time to explain and assist me.

None of the equipment was ready when I got there. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up and help me. And even then they did have the appliance dolly that I paid for
Stone DBe open during posted business hours. Said open at 9am. Wasn't open at 930. Charged me for fuel, when I left fuel in there.
