The service was horrible! The lady working there had a nasty attitude, rude & did not know what the hell she was doing. She made us late so therefore we were charged extra from our movers. The place is a rundown little store. Never I repeat never go there & give them your service!

Faron RThe only employee at this location works the register at the gas station/convenience store and not Uhaul. She lacked training and provided incorrect information for picking up rental. Location needs a uhaul worker present when picking up reserved rentals. The truck was clean, but tank was at 3/8ths. Makes it easier if uhaul provided a full tank and I return it with a full tank. One less chore while moving. The location itself is easy to get to, just needs to be properly staffed.
TERESA OI used this M/C trailer only at day time use only because the passenger side lights didn’t work, the turn and brake lights worked so I could didn’t drive at night, but it handled well pulling behind me….
