Location was good but I made a reservation with a closet U-Haul location which called me later to say they didn’t have my equipment. They also told me that it isn’t their job to move equipment from another location which would be good customer service.

This location charged me wrongly. I was given an extra day rental and this location charged me for a day and mileage. Jim Price gave me an extra day and was refunding me $50 off of my rental. It wasn’t a good moving experience this time. I’ve used U-Haul for many years. I never experienced the lack of professionalism as I have this time. Not sure if I’ll ever use U-Haul again.
KENNETH NThe truck cab had a gas smell. The truck itself stalled on several occasions. It had a jerky kind of fill to it when it changed gears.
