Couldn’t understand most of what the guy was saying. They didn’t have the truck that I reserved. Which then we had to make two trips because we didn’t have enough room in a smaller truck and the big truck was way too big. He charged me for more miles than I went. And he charged me for 2 gallons of gas, which I already put gas in it and brought it where it was. I only went like 12 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in it and he charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I will never be going to this location again and will not recommend it to anyone.

This vehicle had a leaking gas tank that was not properly repaired prior to my rental. This put me in a very dangerous situation and wasted a day of my time . No compensation for the time and effort in having to drive 1.5 hours away for another rental. VERY disappointed.
MATTHEW BOperator of the business was very courteous, pleasant, and efficient. Comment: Set up yard and equipment for easier access to hitch and drive off trailers.
