When I went inside no one was at the counter. I walked outside and said I was there to pickup a U-Haul. The guy just looked at me and walked back inside. He was talking on the phone for a while, then he looks at me and says it’s outside. I went and hooked it up and there was no extension for the light harness . I had my own so I didn’t go back inside.These Indian people are rude as fuck and I will never go back to that location for anything, not to even buy gas.
Anthony CKind and courteous staff allowing me to drop the trailer off close to closing time last night. Check - in paperwork was sent quickly this AM as promised.
