The lock was an issue to retrieve the truck keys. I did not know where to find the lock combination which took 30 minutes to figure out. I checked the email receipt where I found the combination to the lock. The chat agent also made my time run out, it made ne nervous losing time. All other instructions were easy to navigate.

The 15 inch truck was available and I had to store my items in it overnight. The next morning when unloading the truck there were 2 spots inside on the right were my stuff got wet. I have pictures of everything and I think it should if been reported.
