It was great. Employee there was really friendly and personable. Highly recommend them.

to much paperwork.

I would recommend for convenience, but would offer a caveat. The equipment was in average condition. The uhaul truck windows were hard to see out of and after washing them at a gas station, they still looked dirty and had to go in and purchase inside window cleaner as the inside was not cleaned before giving us the truck. The first tow dolly that was given to us also had a bad tire and had to exchange it for another.

The trailer was to heavy to lift onto my truck on my own. Employees wouldn't help. I threw my back out lifting it: I am upset and will never rent from this location

No problems.

Only problem is the rate u haul charges for Friday and Saturday. Needed to rent and had to pay .

Truck drove easy, staff awesome

Trailer wiring outdated to newer vehicles wiring, felt the adaptor was a money grab. I'm a long time uhaul customer very disappointing. No washroom had to use portapotty, not sure if bathroom was in repair.

Check over equipment make sure it is secured to the vehicle and check light signals work. (they did not). Did not tell me which dolly I should hook-up, but when I drove over to the office, she said I choose the wrong one. Car dollies cost the same to rent as a transport.

Staff was pleasant and helpful It was a good experience overall

The constant changes in U Haul truck pick up locations was after making the reservations was very frustrating. The pick up location changed 3 times and the first two were much further away and would have resulted in increased charges ($1.09 per mile). In the end, after multiple phone calls the outcome was positive.

When we went to pick up the reserved truck, the people running the business didn't know anything about the reservation, or how to handle the computer check out. It took 45 minutes to get through the process. They wouldn't accept payment from the credit card I had used to reserve the truck online and so my son had to put it on his own card. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas at pick up time and the engine light was on. All of these things caused a considerable amount of confusion and stress for my family.

Rip out and replace your computer software. This isn't my first adventure with your lousy system.

Not call the customer the night before they are to pick up the truck and tell them them can't have what was reserved and I would have to travel 40 miles to get smaller truck! That's BS!

The lady was very polite and handled my transaction in a very professional manner.

We were a little confused on the returning of the vehicle. We didn't realize we had it for 24 hours. Is there a discount if you bring it back within the 8 hours? We had it for the 24 hours but just curious for the future. The 8 hour thing was on the web site also. Either way, Thank you. The Ladies at the office were very nice and friendly.

I do not agree with the system of receiving the vehicle with a partly filled fuel tank. The user ends up putting in far in excess fuel that the user uses because the vehicle must still be returned with not less than the initial fuel in the tank. I ended up by adding more than $50 of fuel that I used. There is no info on what the vehicle fuel consumption is to use for planning purposes so one ends up over providing.

Excellent service at this location, friendly, helpful, outgoing, customer service that went above and beyond.

Quick, fast, simply.

The truck had quarter tank of fuel. It had to be filled up before the move. The contracted shorted us by 20% of the mileage required for the move. It was physically impossible to complete the trip within their mileage limits. The truck was a quart low on oil to start, and two quarts low by 3/4 of the trip. The car hauler had a tail light out. Uhaul only has customers because they have a wide network.

Clean out the box yes sweep it. Broken glass and dog food. In the morning, the 1st employee sees it, when I brought it back a different worker says oh we should charge you for not sweeping the van out . O really don't think so.
