RONNIE SAgain, U-Haul states to return rental to a different address then where we actually needed to drop off the truck
TERRANCE BI found the check in process to be laborious but that is probably not the fault of the location rather than the system. Ironically I chose to go to the counter because I thought that would be less of a hassle than setting up the app which probably isn't the case. The people were fine in the equipment was fine so no complaints
MARK MWe reserved 3months in advance to pick up our U-Haul in White Rock. The day before we were to pick up our U-Haul, we were telephoned and told there were no rentals available. We would have to travel several hours to Osoyoos, or cross the American Border to pick up in Blaine, Washington.
