It is winter time. After a 10-in snowfall. They dusted off the windshield. They did not scrape it. There was 1/8 inch of ice on that windshield. I sat there for 1 hour trying to defrost the windshield. Then we had to rock the truck back and forth to get it out of the parking space it was in. The lot was not plowed. We could not get out of the driveway. A good samaritan came along and plowed the driveway so we can exit. An entire eighth of a tank of gas later. An hour and a half later we finally left to go to my destination. I was very very sad. Because I am disabled. I had to stretch through this snow with a bad leg risking a fall. And wasting so much time and gas and money. I am very very very very sad. I have to have a full price for all that I went through just to rent this U-Haul truck 😭😒🤬. When I complained I was told to talk to you all. Isn't this a U-Haul dealership to rent a truck. I know it's not a main dealership. When I got back with the truck I did talk to the authorized person there. And found his attitude very sad. Makes me wonder why I should recommend you all to anyone. I got no discount. No compensation for what I went through I expected better from this company. I've been a customer for 25 years. Very very upset at the whole situation. I tried to call you all twice. I was shuffled around from person to person. And the number that I was given to call back and file a complaint I was told to call back later. This is not the U-Haul I used to rent from. Like I said I got no compensation for the horrors and the dangers I went through
