Yolanda JBrakes went out kn truck 3 hours after starting trip. Had to get new truck. Unload and reload truck. A whole day lost..I felt someone should of known the brakes were bad with them going out so soon after we left.
Robin BOutstanding customer service. Heather showed genuine concern for our unique situation--we were traveling cross-country (California to Texas) with a U-Haul trailer in tow. Our vehicle experienced major mechanical problems and after learning of the severity of the issues, we decided to rent a U-Haul truck to continue to home. Heather was extremely helpful in finding us a suitable solution. If / when I pass through Blanding, Utah again, I will stop in to say hello and thank them again for how they helped us.
