Not the locations fault but having the driver side mirror crack and parts falling out on the first time I closed the door after getting to my location, was a bit upsetting.... but the truck other was a dream to drive.

The mirror was cracked on drivers side / it was dirty inside the cab and the transmission was slipping I thought it was going to break dish several times on thruway
Dawn CThe entire experience was awful. They urge you to complete everything online, and even when I asked, at one point, to pick up from a person, it didn't go as planned. We need more face to face customer service. Not everyone is computer savvy.
Nancy LStaff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Provided complimentary blankets and dolly, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Just had a little trouble finding where the office was.
