I was NEVER informed of any extra charges and fees, they never even mention a deposit amount until after I dropped it off and checked my bank account. I usually go to the one in Middletown but they had already ran out of their 10’ trucks so I had no choice but to go there, which will be the first and last time I rent from them. I understand being charged for miles, tax, etc but not the extra fees I was charged. Very disappointed!
cory hThe guy that stopped me and took the truck when I pulled in said I’m sorry it didn’t have any ac . That’s all he said. Then I forgot to put gas in it before returning and they charged me $50+ to put a couple gallons in it . When I picked it up it only had a little under half a tank. So I really don’t think I should’ve been charged for the few gallons when I returned it with a quarter tank.
