Don’t get me started on this location, first off this location was at a random gas station in the most ghetto spot ever. Second the guy working there was RUDE, he didn’t let us finish out online process because we needed to get the mistake fixed from the previous location. He kept trying to rush us because someone wanted to rent it out but at the end of the day they never took the truck. He took the keys from us and locked it without us even finishing the process and my aunt left her purse there so I had gone back inside to ask but he assumed I was going to steal the truck because he was hesitant until I told him I’ll leave him my military ID so he knows I’m not a criminal. He also kept arguing with us that we were late but first off there was no drop off box and second they didn’t open until 8am. This place needs to get shut down because I don’t want anyone else having to deal with this. Will definitely not be returning

The windshield wipers were falling apart and in need of replacement. We ended up replacing them ourselves and having to file a claim for reimbursement. This should have been caught before the vehicle was rented. The clerk had an issue with his computer and was unable to send a text to me to upload my license information. He did it manually, reluctantly.
