The easiest part was booking the reservation online. The trailer was sitting in a parking lot of a convenience lot, not a Uhaul location. It had recently snowed ....the truck that shoveled the lot blocked the trailer in. There was also zero signage telling me I had to go inside the convenience Mart to confirm my reservation, etc. I sat there on the phone w the 1-800 # while they called around to help me. The employee (Ed?) eventually came out and he was super nice and helpful. Him and I had to SHOVEL the trailer out ourselves. The website I made the reservation on did not indicate I needed the ball hitch so I had to go to another location and purchase that. After the trailer was finally hooked up. I made it back to my house and got a call from a manager that it wasn't properly secured by Ed. So the manager came out and secured it. Overall frustrating experience.
