Unfortunately uhaul screwed up the pick up destination and he did not have us in the system. It took over an hour to get us squared away. It was an half an hour from our house and we were on a time crunch. Then they wanted to send us to a place in Abingdon that no longer deals with uhaul . The guy that owened the business in blountvil went above and beyond to help us get situated and going. Unfortunately we did not get everything packed and now have to make another trip back to VA . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with uhaul !!!

Chris waited around for us to pick up our trailer even after closing time. When we got there we needed a different size ball for the trailer hitch and he waited for us to run to the store to get a different size. Chris went above and beyond to help us out and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!
LYNDA BLied to about paying for extra miles said uhaul would reimburse mileage that wasn't used and come to find out uhaul will not reimburse for mileage not used.
