U-Haul needs better representatives for themself.. Store wasn’t open 9 am and I had to wait for the person to come and open the door…..(it is a joke)person who was handling my reservation was in a bad mood Also, I told her I was renting one way this truck she told me no you have to bring back the truck. I told her I want to rent one way why bring it back she said I couldn’t do that. Is that true? I couldn’t. I ran before one way, so I had to pay double for the mileage, which I didn’t have to do it so next time I will never ever run you all try forget it. It’s a rip off.

JON LThe truck was not full tank. I used it for 35 miles and had put 4 gallons of gas. They charged me additional 7 gallons of gas for no reason. This seems like cheating.
