The battery was dead and the person that was there said they knew about it... they just didn't do anything about it so they jumped out when we got there.
BRADY GSince this was a UHaul pickup location and not an official UHaul store, it was expected to have not as many options for locks and security, so I wasn't surprised that when picking up the trailer the hitch locks and trailer lock were not available. However, if the trailer lock and hitch locks had been here I would not have any recommendations to fix.
