Jim was so accommodating! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made my moving experience so much easier and helped me when I was in a tight spot between closing on my house and moving across town when I was able to pick up my new house key. FLOYD BIt’s a small yard, but very good service. Location couldn’t be better for us.
RONALD WWe dropped the truck off after hours so we didn't interact with personnel. We were able to follow the instructions on the signage to drop off the U-Haul, though had trouble locating the key drop box. Also, it was unclear if we needed to turn in our contract along with the truck key.
