ROBERT DThey didn’t have the blankets I requested when I put reservation in the week earlier. Finally found them, but just threw them in the truck in a pile, unfolded. I only traveled 20 miles, as confirmed in my documentation, and put $15 of fuel in the tank anyway making the fuel level much higher than when I picked it up. However, a few hours later I received another charge for $36 stating it was for 9 gallons of fuel and that the fuel gauge was below half a tank, which was not true. HOW could I have used 9 gallons of fuel driving 20 miles?!?! I called them and questioned it. I was told by the young girl at the counter (who was lounging with her feet on the counter when I entered the store originally and remained on the phone with someone the entire time she “checked me in”) said that she would tell her manager and have him call me. He never did. I called again today and she said she emailed him but probably won’t get back to me today either. WHAT?! I will be going down there personally tomorrow and will be forwarding this up the chain. How ridiculous! What a scam!
