CARLOS PWhen they changed the pick-up location to a further location in Bolton they gave us same free mileage as originally. It did not account for us going home to load the truck. We have done this trip several times with our son in university at the same place from our same home. We never went over the mileage. We had to pay yesterday, which is not right. We did not go anywhere else. That is why I gave average rating. The drop off location was great. The staff was amazing. He even reminded us to take our lock.
