Truck was dirty with cigarette butts all over including the power outlet. Also driving the truck it sounded terrible. The truck was not full of gas and when I filled it before returning it I did so to the amount I started with but then was charged extra to fill the tank. Also was charged over $100 more than was originally told. Bad experience overall would not recommend.

Uhaul cancelled my reservation without any notice at the time of pickup. I reached the requested Uhaul pickup location in Boonton, NJ at the opening time but it was closed and opened over an hour late, till then I was waiting outside the store. Moreover the person in the store was slow and didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
