Pick-up/location and the truck were awesome. Hired labor never showed up. Absolutely horrible part of the overall rental experience.

Gave away my u-haul reservation 30 minutes before I got there because I didnt answer his phone call then the location got the mileage and fuel level incorrect and overcharged me. Your customer service center fixed everything.

JERROLD LRe: Boonton, I dropped off the van at approx 2:00pm same day. The one employee said I would he would log it in but turns out, he did not do so until the next day, after I was receiving texts asking when I would drop off the van. I called the U Haul 800 # and spoke to a woman who said this sometime happens, but she will reach out to Boonton to resolve this. I hope I do not get an overcharge that I have to contest. I was so frazzled from my car breaking down the day before that I was tired and did not call the 800 # to let U Haul I just dropped off the car. Seems unneccessary anyway if it is during business hours and working with an employee.
