I had submitted an order for a 20’ truck for my move. Upon arrival to the site, the 20’ truck was full of couch cushions and unavailable for use. I had to wait 45 minutes and ended up with a 15’ truck, which was barely big enough for my move. Extremely unprofessional. Highly unlikely to return to this location.
Nadeen NPick-up/location and the truck were awesome. Hired labor never showed up. Absolutely horrible part of the overall rental experience.
Brian CGave away my u-haul reservation 30 minutes before I got there because I didnt answer his phone call then the location got the mileage and fuel level incorrect and overcharged me. Your customer service center fixed everything.
