The truck wasn't where I requested to pickup. My reservation was moved to this location which was much further away from where I was picking stuff up. There was also nobody there to help me which caused more confusion. I will not use this location or there other location again.

Sarah HThe individual behind the desk was not knowledgeable. It took 50 minutes from the time I walked in until I drove the truck away. I was the only person there.
Dalton FThe only Major Disappointment was with the Furniture Blankets. Two plastic bags with 6 each. Almost every blanket was WET!! Can't put WET Blankets on Furniture! I need a credit for the 4 hours it took to dry them...
