Service from the woman in the booth was wonderful; it's just a little awkward picking up and dropping off due to the location. However, I would rent from this location again.

ABDUL MTerrible website, had to do everything myself. Almost caused me to have to stay in a hotel an extra night. Will seek out Ryder next time.
Douglas GThe online check in and checkout process is very clunky. The website is slow especially when uploading pictures. When retrieving the truck, I still had to rely on an attendant to get the keys, which defeats the whole purpose of having an online process, while creating confusion/delays all around.
