Andy who runs this location may be the friendliest and most caring person I have EVER met and gives a masterclass class in 5-star customer service that is practically non-existent in this day and age. Refreshing indeed!! I have used other truck rentals in the area over the years with mostly mediocre or worse results - especially with customer service - thank goodness I discovered Andy's operation; EVERYTHING has been smooth ever since.
