I rented on the day of the massive flooding. I was stranded with the truck and called the owner Andrew and told him I don't know how to make it back to his location. Roads were shut down everywhere and I didn't want to drive the truck thru several feet of water. It was comforting to know Andrew wanted to assure I was SAFE and out of harms way. He told me to take care get off the road for the night. He was ok with me bringing the truck back the next day when the flood water levels decreased. This location always goes above and beyond. I rent regularly from here now, as they care for the customers.

lawrence sThis location was easy but I didn’t realize no one would be there. It’s just a drop off location. I’d rather go to a place where someone would there. That’s just me. Everything was ok, but it took longer because I had to take pictures and the WiFi was horrible. The parking was very tight as well. The only reason I put no for the personnel being helpful was because there’s no personnel.
