the trailer didn't have a tongue jack on it and I couldn't lift the tongue off of my truck when I was returning the trailer. I had to call roadside assistance for them to send someone to disconnect the trailer, and it took over two hours to return the trailer. .
JOHN BThe owner actually installed a U-Haul hitch permanently to the vehicle and although they were closed on the weekend said there would be no problems with drop off. Very friendly and welcoming.
