First, I had scheduled a pickup in Toccoa, GA at 10am, they did not have the Auto Tow, Appliance dolly, or furniture pads. After much delay the scheduler for UHaul found a 15' truck and auto hauler almost an hour away on Bowman GA. However they did not have anything set up for me when I arrived, did not even know I had a reservation, and had many issues trying to set up my rental. I was delayed almost half a day because of all this.
