While we did have a good experience, we tried to change times for pick up and drop off on the APP and they did not translate to the final location. We were to pick up at 6p and drop off at 9p - the bill showed 4p - 4p, and we got a $150 charge for No-Show when we had arranged for this to be avoided. Please reach back to me as soon as you can, to reconcile this matter.
