JOHN LThe steering wheel had too much play in it. We were given a tow dolly that had a blown light on it that we didn't notice until we had our car already loaded on it. The loading door kept getting stuck open. The ratchets to tighten the straps to hold the front wheels on the tow dolly we're almost impossible to use.
RICHARD CThis location helped me out when the call center told me I would be charged to drop off in Bradenton, instead I needed to take the equipment back to St Pete. My paperwork clearly stated I was dropping off in Bradenton and the computer was wrong, I tried to tell her what was on my receipt and this lady was rude talked over me and after she escalated the conversation I was hung up on after beginning told call back later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when all I needed was help due to UHAUL computer foul up. I wish this lady to be fired or given customer service classes. I'm so upset as to how I was treated. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had with an outstanding company.
