This location helped me out when the call center told me I would be charged to drop off in Bradenton, instead I needed to take the equipment back to St Pete. My paperwork clearly stated I was dropping off in Bradenton and the computer was wrong, I tried to tell her what was on my receipt and this lady was rude talked over me and after she escalated the conversation I was hung up on after beginning told call back later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when all I needed was help due to UHAUL computer foul up. I wish this lady to be fired or given customer service classes. I'm so upset as to how I was treated. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had with an outstanding company.
