The guy at GPONE LLC went out of his way to find us a newer truck with a bluetooth capable radio when I told him we were going a long way. He even drove me to another location for the truck.

JACOB BThe person who actually rents the trucks is not at the location. You have to speak with them over the phone from the location and then the store clerk will give you the keys. It would be more comfortable for the customer to deal with an agent in person.
