TONTRE GDon't forget ur personal items in his store or truck. They will not return... I kept my gifted costly sunglasses on his counter but he didn't return it to me.
LALJEET SThis was by far my worst experience picking up a U-Haul. The pickup was handled by the convenience store owner, who didn’t even check my booking and completely missed the additional items I had reserved—such as the trolley and furniture pads. To make matters worse, he was extremely rude and arrogant throughout the interaction. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.
