Everything was done quickly. I uploaded the copy of my Dr. License from my phone, got keys, paid and a van was ready to go.

mohaninder sCashier was so rude and unprofessional. He even yelled with abusive words. No wonder he just have no customers. I use u-haul for most of my large goods transport but never again coming back to that location
RICKSON RI did not get my “receipt” emailed to me when the truck was returned to the location. The gentleman was quite abrupt and wanted the truck moved to the back of the location. He did tell me I would get a receipt in an hour. I never got it. U-Haul sent me reminders to take the truck back. The main office did call me and I explained the issue. They were wonderful to discuss this location. I called again 2 days later (Easter Sunday) and the gentleman was very nice and said he would get word to the district manager to close it off if need be. Would not use this location at all. I picked up a truck here this past August and had issues getting the truck and should have known better then drop the truck off here. Use a different location!!
