The store we rented from was really rude and disrespectful. Called me a liar. I don’t understand the point of us having to threw the app and take pictures of the whole vehicle and the mileage and fuel, but they can still turn around and try and charge you for fuel you didn’t use. Then tells me he has no record of my photo, so why do I have to go through this picture taking process if it helps me none?! Bullshit guy behind the counter. Slow as heck and rude and gets to overcharge. Store inside is disgusting.
