This location was the third one I was sent to pick up the 15’ van I had reserved. Even though I had a “guarantee” that it would be there, it wasn’t at the first two locations. All they could find me on the day of my appointment was this 10’ van at this location. Why have a guarantee at the time of reservation if the equipment I needed was no where to found. Very disappointed
