Location wasn't open when we were picking up and had to call support as the app wasn't working. Our order was also supposed to include an appliance dolly and moving pads which were not in the vehicle. We were told we'd be reimbursed. We were directed to an additional location which provided pads but they didn't have an appliance dolly. We were directed to a 3rd location for the dolly. Total shit show that delayed our move by 1 1/2 hours. Never using u haul again!

I reserved 2 dollies that were not on the truck I tried to contact the dealer I got no answer I tried on the eighth and steal no answer my $100 deposit was used up and I didn’t good service my pickup for the seventh was canceled so many times I had no other choice but to reschedule my move so if anything I am due a refund of my deposit for my inconvenience and my refund of $24 for the 2 dollies
