Need better parking
Tasha CThe truck was filthy and smelled of urine. It took them 5 days to check out my rental and they charged me twice for the van rental fee.
J A* Phuong is the name of the owner at the pharmacy/U-Haul that I need to complain about. He was rude and obnoxious. at first witnessed him yelling at his employees and treating them with disrespect, and then when I had trouble taking a picture of my drivers license, he began to get frustrated with me telling me that he has pharmaceutical orders and I will be placed on the back of the line if I don’t hurry up. He has a very disrespectful demeanor and should not represent a great company like u-Haul. I have been using U-Haul for many years and never had to experience such disrespect.
