My contact at this location was "Ollie", and she was such a pleasure to work with on this rental. She was personable, accomidating and professional. You couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. She had everything organized and under control for the rental. Good work Ollie! We rented a 6X12 trailer and due to a bad back and being 66 yrs old I asked for some help to lift the trailer onto the hitch. Since Ollie was the only one there at the time she walked out to the trailer with me and assisted. I would say that goes above and beyond and was much appreciated! This dealership was very easy to find and had great access to the I-55, easy in and out. The UHAUL's were organized well and easy to access on the lot.
