After a rough start and going out of my way because U-Haul change my reservation pickup location and the tailer that I originally ordered to smaller size. The second location had no trailers. The third location which sent me 45 minutes in another direction closed early. The fourth location, the owner of the Harbor Cabinetry in Brooklet, Ga. stepped up and waited for me to arrive even though it was after hours. The owner greeted me upon arrival, assisted with checked out of the trailer and made sure that I was good to go. I am greatly appreciative of this gesture! Hopefully the corporate office of U-Haul passes this along to this location.

Misleading advertising on U HAUL part, advertising 1 price and charging another. FRAUD AND A RIP OFF
GERALD BTwo things. The address listed sent me to a vacant lot 10 miles away. It was not until I learned the name of the company, that the address corrected. Removing the trailer without a jack was almost impossible without assistance. Either provide each dealer with a jack or send one with the trailer at all times.
Robert GThis location is a business whose main line of business is not UHaul. Very nice folks but it took a day to get the equipment checked into the system. I was not charged for any extra time. Location convenient to where I needed the trailer
Joe CI called a different place for the rental, but they were out and searched for nearby locations. Once I got to this location, customer service was wonderful. The return was just as great. Would rent from here again.
