Thankfully Tony was there. There was no instructions to get key from lock boxes and it took 30 mins more time. Which caused delays for our move. Not easy to have One Way to drop off so added 1 drive time to medford & back

Nice person,, but the rep had to call someone else to help check us in. To top this off-somehow we got charged for the safe move additional option which we specifically said we did NOT need. Now I have to fight this to see if I can get my $ back, which will require time and perhaps a BBB complaint. Also, U-haul changed our pick up location without our consent so we were stuck the day of. Not happy at all.
