The brownwood location was great. The two Houston location and experience should never represent U-Hall.

Frederick MWe paid $36 for pads and didn’t receive them. No U-Haul locations had any for us.. then, I had to extend our reservation a few hours and was charged AGAIN for pad rentals that I didn’t receive.. not happy about that.. but over all, it was a pleasant experience
