The trailer was old, damaged and did not work property!! I had to supplement the tie down capabilities or I would have not been able to transport the 2003 Tacoma. Very disappointing!!

Frederick MWe paid $36 for pads and didn’t receive them. No U-Haul locations had any for us.. then, I had to extend our reservation a few hours and was charged AGAIN for pad rentals that I didn’t receive.. not happy about that.. but over all, it was a pleasant experience
