Stealing money is not ok. Uhaul took the original fees for rental of a truck and car transport ($116.20 & $67.99), and then took another $302.94 out of my account. I'm a 60 y.o. woman on disability (very limited income), and 3 weeks later they still won't return the money they stated they overcharged me. This is NOT ok.
